REFUND POLICY

At Muumas Cloud Kitchen, we strive to provide high-quality meals and excellent service. Due to the nature of our business, we enforce the following refund policy:

 

1. Cancellations & Refunds

Orders can be canceled for a full refund if the cancellation is made within 24 hours of placing the order.

Orders canceled after 24 hours but before food preparation begins may receive a partial refund at our discretion.

Once food preparation has started, no refunds will be issued.

 

2. Incorrect or Missing Orders

If you receive the wrong order or an item is missing, please contact us within 2 hours of receiving your order.

We will offer a replacement or credit towards a future order. Refunds will only be issued in cases where a replacement is not possible.

 

3. No-Show & Late Pickup

Orders that are not picked up within 1 hour of the scheduled time will be forfeited without a refund.

Muumas is not responsible for delays caused by customers or third-party couriers.

 

4. Liability Disclaimer

By placing an order, you acknowledge that Muumas Cloud Kitchen is not responsible for food quality issues due to improper handling after pickup or delivery. We recommend consuming meals promptly or storing them according to food safety guidelines.
