1. Ordering & Payment

All orders must be placed at least 2 days in advance through our website.

A minimum order of $50 is required. Orders that do not meet this minimum will not be processed.

Orders are available for pickup and delivery on a rotating 3-day schedule. Please check our website for the latest availability.

Payments must be made in full at the time of ordering. We accept all major credit/debit cards and online payment methods.
2. Loyalty Program & Discounts

Customers can sign up for our loyalty program to receive exclusive discounts on every order.

Reward points can be redeemed on future purchases.

Discounts and promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
3. Order Accommodations & Tracking

Customers may request minor accommodations for allergies or dietary preferences, but all requests must be made at the time of ordering.

Order tracking is available for all deliveries. Updates will be sent via email or SMS.
4. Liability Disclaimer
Muumas Cloud Kitchen prepares food in a facility that handles common allergens. We do not guarantee the absence of cross-contamination. Customers with severe allergies should exercise caution when ordering.
By placing an order, you agree that Muumas Cloud Kitchen is not liable for any allergic reactions, injuries, or adverse effects resulting from the consumption of our food. Additionally, Muumas is not responsible for delays, missed deliveries, or damages caused by third-party delivery services.
